Our Process

Step 1 - Grind It

Profile, repair, and vacuum the concrete surface to ensure the strongest adhesion possible.

Step 2 - Repair It

We apply 100% solids to patch up any cracks in the concrete flooring.

Step 3 - Coat It

We apply a self-priming pure MVB epoxy base coat.

Step 4 - Flake It

A polymer flake is generously hand broadcast providing even color & texture to the floor.

Step 5 - Scrape It

All excess flake is scraped off the floor leveling the floor to prepare it for final sealing.

Step 6 - Seal It

Finally, we apply a UV stable polyaspartic topcoat. Your new floor will be ready for light foot traffic after 6-8 hours.

Tyler was easy to work with during the estimate and planning phase and is a very hard worker!  It was freezing cold that late afternoon he had to grind and fill a spot on the concrete floor where re-bar was exposed. The sales representative guide us through the process and help us go with our color which was a special order.  In a few weeks the team was here to do the floor. Again, the went through the process and were receptive to our needs.  At the end the 24x24 garage floor looked spectacular and no evidence that Blazer Floor ever was at our residence.
